Every time I start my 4 Runner this buzzing noise starts, it lasts for about 7-10 seconds and stops. Sometimes it starts again for the same period of time but always stops. The sound comes from the gear shifter box. The miles are getting up there at about 210,000. I'm trying to not spend a...
