2003 SR5 4WD,Silver- 228,000 miles

My amazingly loyal 4runner needs some TLC. I am not the type who usually does this stuff but I don't really have a choice. I'm sure I need to replace the spark plugs, from what I gather, I need to also replace the serpentine belt. While I am tearing into all this (for the first time), are there other things I should go ahead and replace? I'm not sure if/when any of this type of service work has been done, all I knew to do is get the oil changed every 3-5,000. Thanks in advance!

If you haven't done the timing belt and water pump probably a good idea

Is this a V6 or V8?

Timing belt & Water pump x2 Our 08 Seqouia needed a new water pump at 75k miles and it's lightly used around town and garage kept.
