Just wondering i any of you have experienced when stepping on the gas a bit, a lot of whine coming from the motor, like a weeeeeeeeee, almost like a blower?

I have an sr5..i used to have an 05 sti..i sure do miss it..tire pressure is good, but its been like this the whole 1200 mile trip...is it possible i can get a high performance suv tire? So it can be super smooth and surefooted on the highway?

After driving down to florida from NY , i realized how much my 4runner was not stable at all. It floats a lot esepcially after 60mph..no vibration, but just side to side like loose..im curently on michelin ltx,s , is there anything i can do to help remedy this, thanks

dealer put the michelin ltxs on the truck-night and day difference- i reccomend them for everybody!!!!!!!!

Has anyone expereinced this yet? I know this was a problem on older 4runners, it seems as if the seat is very loose, it creaks when i sit and rocks a bit back and forth. Everytime I hit a bump it creaks loudly. When I move the power seat front and back - it does it very very rough on the track...

1st problem-crappy dunlops which the dealer acknowledged and replaced them with michelin ltx tires , which was a night and day difference. now it runs great. 2nd problem after hitting 1000 miles is the driver seat, it creaks and rattles, looks like the track for the power seat is loose or...

the dealer called me back today and gave me up the car. The brakes-are normal, they said they implemented a new type of braking system thats electronic, and they did away with the old system. They said the noises I heard were normal and that it was just getting used to....

im going to give them one last try in the morning, and see what they say, if not i guess ill try another toyota dealer, if other people have this problem, it is for sure a defect on this truck- i have 600 miles on it.

I'm kind of glad to hear I'm not the only one with this issue, are you getting the weird feeling when you depress the pedal as well? And what model do you have? I have a sr5 4x4
