Finally go around to replacing the washer fluid hoses that had deteriorated. And arrested the the water leaking into the passenger footwell from the evaporator box. It's the little things.

Yeah I wish would too but I'm really not sure how to make that happen without pulling the evap box out and from what I've read there's not a way to do that without taking the dash apart. Unless I can get it just loose enough to put a longer hose on...?

That's a pretty broad question... Trouble shooting noises can be tricky. A loose belt can be easy to "hear" but other noises could indicate half a dozen suspects. One thing to try for is to locate the source of the sound and then try to describe it as well as you can, when it occurs, etc.
