Admittedly, I've only done a preliminary search on this so apologies in advance for any stupid questions...
Shaking while braking indicating the rotors on my 3rd Gen are warped. Not violent yet but annoying. I called a local shop I've used several times with other cars, they're reputable and I trust them. Asked how much they charge to turn a pair of rotors and when I can bring it in, etc. The man tells me that I have to replace them or else they'll be shaking even worse by this weekend. Says the Taco's can take the lathe but the Tundra and T4r's won't.
Any Thoughts?
My next question is about replacement parts: went to Rockauto which was a great new find from this forum, they have parts listed from $15-55... I know the Brembos would be great but I don't need high performance, I just need to get where I'm goin and then stop. Nothing fancy on this truck.
Any suggestions are appreciated as always.
