Yeah, I forgot to mention that Swaro. Thanks for reminding me. I have my bass set to +5 (max) to get halfway decent bass. Just for comparison purposes, the basic system in the Jeep Grand Cherokee I traded in sounded 100% better than what this 4runner does.

Thai, I agree with what you said. However, I believe that my system is operating WAY below where it should be. I have almost nothing from my rears. I have to turn the volume to MAX to get even a decent sound level in the rear seats. As soon as you even start to fade in the fronts, it drowns...

I was just playing with it again. IMO, there's no way that it's normal. When the fader is set to center, the fronts drown everything out, including the sub. From what I gather on the other board, not all the systems have that problem. I think it may only be the ones that say JBL and RDS on...
