Any one remove the engine without the transmission.i have the transmission unbolted from the engine and the motor mounts unbolted. But I can't seem to get them separated more then a few inches.any one have any tips

I have a oil leak could that be a blown head gasket? It's a 91 4runner. It still has plenty of power but it looks like its maybe coming from the heads in the front of the engine

I'm replacing my engine in my 91 4runner because it has a rod knock. I picked up a 90 4 runner engine and was wondering what all I should replace.i was going to swap the timing belt and water pump out of my old engine because I just replace all that before the knock started.and I was gonna...

Ok thanks I will have to try cleaning that . And no I don't have any pics yet I would have if it wasn't snowing yesterday but I will get some when its god weather. And I just was wondering if maybe it was the tps sensor but I might try cleaning up the throttle body first maybe that might help

i have a 91 toyota 4runner v6 3.0 auto trans.if i press the pedal to the floor it takes a little bit to get going.is this normal ? also i have noticed sometimes when i just get going after it has been siting for awhile when i give it gas it like it is going to die but then it will go but slowly

Does anybody know what color wire for the power is for the tailgate?I have the v6 3.0

So I went and bought one from a junkyard but still nothing I even tryed using a wire and connect the wires in the plugs but nothing any other ideas

I just bought a 91 4runner and the rear window won't roll down with the key but it will with the console switch.I looked at the fuses and didn't see any blown. I'm sorry if this has been asked be for I looked but didn't see anything

The cigarette lighter works if its running so I will check if maybe it's the other

Its auto and the light works so I don't think that's it

Does some one know what this plugs into it is by the floor in front of the shifter. My 4runner is a 1991
