1-Just loosen the bolts on bumper lift it up and tighten back up. 2- I just used some plat self taping screws and screwed it in to the plastic next to the wholes that are there. Hope this helps.

Ok I am about to change out struts and all springs and shocks on my 1998 2wd 4runner limited. I am thinking of going with the 1999 4x4 strut combo sensor trac and the 1999 springs on rear with KYB gas adj shocks on rear. I would like some input from any one who is running this setup or something...
