Your gonna need to upsize that spare too. You could probably still use the 265/65 in a pinch but I wouldnt chance messing up your VSC and other traction control systems - especially if yours is an AWD 4Runner. I just got a used 265/70 (of a different brand) for a spare - should work perfectly...
