I can reset the ecm and the fuel mileage climbs back up to normal for half a tank. The cats are stupid hot after cruising on the interstate. I know enough to know something is wrong either mechanically with the material in the cats or something in the tune...

No engine mods have been done to 4R whatsoever. Running 87 or 89 octane yields same smell. Smell is lessened when eco mode is Off. My gut says there's an issue with the cat...
I figured out the back rubbing. I removed the little square part above the mudflap (one with one speed clip and two phillips screws). The front bottom of fenderwell just barely catches it full lock in reverse. The allignment tech didn't give me a print out but he said he pushed the wheels...
I did the daystar lift front and back plus bfg at's (275/70) on stock wheels with spidertrax spacers. Typical 4R recipe. I get minor mudflap rub at full lock. I'm going to let it rub until it turns black and I can see where to trim...but any of you that already did this that can swing me a...
