Is there any site with info on dissasembly of the 1990 4runner 3.0L engine. or should I just feel it out.. Any tips would be a big help.

just got the chance to mess with it there was more water in the pan than oil......dang..must be a head gasket ...and now i got word that the heads are already shaved thinner than speck...
