I wouldn't consider it a misfortune. Things happen. They backed up their product. Yes I had to uninstall and reinstall. They waited 3 months for me to do it without objection. Can't ask for much more.

Do your research. With the 2015's you may not need the trim panel. I don't for my sr5 where as previous year 2010-13 you needed it. I'm not sure about the limited trim if the trail rocker would be needed or not with the shrockworks slider. The answer may be here...

Do you have a trailer hitch? Mine was doing that over bumps b/c the pin and slide to raise/lower the ball has a little play in it.
