Problem fixed. After thinking about it and not having any 4AWD and feeling like the rear brake were only working. I went checking on the ABS circuits and found that the 30 fuse under the hood was loose and all the lights went out and everything works now.

I fixed the issue today by back flowing the heater core and soaking it with CLR. It works like new again. Lets hope it stays that way. Gonna flush system once more and refill with new Toyota anti-freeze.

No the temp does not change. I get the same effect of very little heat then nothing. It really seems like the heater core gets warm only on one side then when I put the blower on it disperses all the temp there and then it is cold. If you think it sounds like a diverter door any ideas on how to...
