Yeah, thanks. I've been back there a couple of times to replace the door lock motor...huge PITA. It would be two SPDT relays, one for up and one for down.

Yeah, I know there is a relay box at the back. I'd have to find a way to run a wire all the way to the back and into the tailgate. I also don't think there is room for two relays back there.

Oh, and are those numbers 260 and 245 just from the trip meter or gps? Because with the larger tires you're actually going a little further than what the car thinks.

I'm getting around 320 to a tank now, but I drive it pretty easy in town, which is a little over half my miles. I usually average between 20 and 22 mpg. But, from 265 down to 245 is not too terrible. I may just have to go for it then. I'm already getting extra miles out of a tank, right...

Hey Shawn, I know this is an old post. I just got an 01 4Runner with the 225s as well. I'm considering putting 265s on, but was curious as to what kind of effects you noticed going up to the 31s. Gas milage, acceleration,...? Any thoughts would be great, thanks. Keenan
