Hi all, Has anyone experience a poping noise, either coming from the transmission or shifter when shifting into reverse. I notice this only happens when the vehicle has sat over night. After the vehicle has been driven, no noise when shifting from park. Thanks

TRD04RUNNER, Mine will do that when the engine RPM has not dropped down to idle speed. I normally will let the vehicle warm up a little. My issue is, when I shift from reverse to drive. I can hear loud creaking noises coming from the rear brakes. Toyota said it was normal.

Hoomiester, Thanks for your reply, was able to locate previous posts. I had it in the dealership for seat rattling issue, problem still there, but now I have a scratched door panel ( removal of seat). Now that needs to be replaced.
