You need tiny sticky fingers to get the bulb out. Turns out I got it done rather easily. The Crawl control / MTS panel comes off just by feeling with your fingertips the front edge, for two gaps. just pull down, and the panel comes off. Then you can see the 2 screws holding up the entire panel...
