I had a very similar appearance when my CV boot started tearing. Check the boot and the clamp on the boot to make sure it's secure.

Took a peek through the clutch fork boot and snapped a pic. I have NO idea what that metal piece is. I looked up all the pictures I can find of the clutch fork/internal bellhousing for 3rd gen runners, and none of them have that.

I'd like to add, other people have had success getting this chirp to go away by putting a return spring on the clutch fork to pull it back towards the slave cylinder and getting pressure of the TOB. If I have to do this mod, then so be it, but I shouldn't HAVE to since it never had one before...
