Nice setup! I'm looking for a way to mount a roam box on a prinsu as well without drilling holes on the box if possible . How secure are the sherpa mounts? Not much info out there regarding these mounts but from the pics it looks like someone can just unscrew the bolts on the mount and walk away...

The weather-stripping comes off very easily. Instead of cutting it just goes over the foot of the L bracket.

Yup. my unscientific measurements were 19.5F and 21.75R on a stock Venture which is the same as OR.
