That may be true on some cars, but I really can't see how this would make a difference on the 4Runner; at least on my 3rd gen ('99). The caster/camber bolts aren't altered, nor the adjustment on the tie rod ends to effect toe. If I find otherwise after this weekend, I'll post back to clear up...
