I was wondering the same thing. I just passed 201,000 and was trying to figure out what to do next. I changed the spark plugs and installed an OEM muffler, think I'll change radiator and grease the drive shaft as well as flushing the tran. Thanks for the great advice.

UPDATE: Fixed! I removed the dimmer switch and noticed that it had previously had a malfunction at one point. It melted the plastic on the board. I removed the melted plastic, bent the contact spring and done. I'll have to replace it for sure but for now it'll get me the inspection sticker I...

I purchased the runner around 16 months ago and haven't swapped out the bulbs. It has oem lights but it does have wiring for driving lights which I don't have hooked up right now. Before I removed the driving lights the highs didn't work either.

I'm not able to pass the state inspection due to the high beams not working. Low beams are working fine. If I flash the highs or turn on the highs the lows turn off but I have no highs on at all never. Could it be that the high beam filaments on both bulbs have gone out? Or can it be the...

Today I hit 304 miles on 15.5 gallons just shy of 20 MPG'S. First time I get this great mileage on a single tank. A small tune-up does a world of change. I also purchased new Firestone Destination A/T, 265/75-16 and did an alignment a month ago. I am very pleased on how the 4R is running!

I've been running with the new fuel filter for around 1,000 miles and I'm getting a hard start in the mornings and after it's been parked for an hour. When started after that it starts fine and quick. It runs great and all, maybe it's the fuel pump. Any ideas?

Go for it! I purchased my 97 limited with 182,xxx back in May and have no regrets. Yes it is 15 yrs old and will have some minor issues but that's what makes owning it fun.

Thanks for your comments. I have 186,xxx miles on it and want to keep it for a while. I think i'll swap it out every year from now on. Up next is the trans flush and greasing the driveshaft. Hope it goes well!
