I have a clicking noise also... But I believe it is whatever switches my fans from top feet windshield... If I cycle through those options the clicking goes away.

Hi I resolved my issue by replacing my Dryer bag and Replacing the High port valve.... I guess there was a leak somehow on the high port valve which was leaking out all the freon i put in. After that is been cold for almost 3-4 months now.

It seems speed up along with speed. Me and my 4runner are in Africa, so there are rocks and pebbles everywhere. So I wouldnt doubt if I have a couple of pebbles in the treads... hopefully no nails or screws.. But I will look for that. The retaining clips would make the ticking noise?
