First thing I would check is the shock. Is it dirtier on that side? If so, it's broken and that's causing the squeak. If that's it you're in luck. You have the perfect excuse to replace the front shocks with Bilstein 5100s and level your ride. Will cost about the same as other replacement...

I would contact OW directly with your questions if you are seriously considering their products. The owners are 4Runner enthusiasts with a lot of personal experience on- and off-road with a variety of lifts. I don't have personal experience with either kit, but others who do claim both OW kits...
