I would contact OW directly with your questions if you are seriously considering their products. The owners are 4Runner enthusiasts with a lot of personal experience on- and off-road with a variety of lifts.
I don't have personal experience with either kit, but others who do claim both OW kits offer fantastic ride quality and performance both on and off road. One of the main advantages over the toytec radflo kit is the custom damping, but there are others as well.
If you can afford it and you have or intend to add a front bumper, sliders, and skids the OW2.5 will match the weight of your truck. If you intend to forgo a bumper you'll get a smoother ride from the 2.0 kit (front spring rate is lower by 50lbs.), but it can still handle more weight if needed. The 2.5 can withstand extended high-speed driving over bumps (think washboard & worse) without overheating the front shocks, so whether you add weight or not if that's your driving style it may be the better choice.
