OK thank you for your help once again. I brought my power probe home from work tonight and started hunting around the taillight wire color is red with a white stripe on a 97 with no drl, ended up being rused through right at the fire wall

Well just pulled the kick panel and that whole connector has been removed and the wires but connected together :redbrick: all the wires there look in tact and not burnt though

OK the 10a taillight fuse has power with the switch off. Swapped the tail and efi relays and no change lights stay on I will get my meter from work tonight and check the ground to the relay, but there is power to the taillight relay

Relays click normal. tried removing bulbs to see if one would cause them to go out but no change
