Anybody do the install yet on their 31M on a 5'th Gen? Working on finding efficient (non-completely-rigged) ways to lengthen the positive and negative leads. Part#'s and/or links would be aweeesome if anybody's got 'em on hand. :D

YO! For those on the fence, we just added 3 more batteries on the TacomaWorld side. Total 11 so far (by my non-official fuzzy math). If anybody is on the fence, its up to tier 2 now. Start dog-piling on and we can save even more!

Yeah, I'm about to have the fun with that this weekend. Going to be out in Big Bend with a couple of other rigs, so thankfully...will have somebody to jump if the battery goes dead. The stock batteries are only meant to have a high draw for short periods of time (starting), but not running...

:rockon: Glad I could help out. I had really been wanting one, but had nothing to put it on until another GB came along for the Front Runner racks. Rack + Awning order on the last day of each GB. WHEW. Now to find a way up mount it when it gets here....

If you're still looking - I have a set of tube steps from a 2016 Trail that I'm looking to sell. I kept them on for about 2 weeks before I took them off. No scratches, dents, etc. Have all the mounting hardware as well. $150 work? North of you in Austin.

Just did the 5100's on my Trail last weekend - 100%, for sure, your problem is the spring perch. Its upside down as stated above. Flip that over and everything will be back to the way its supposed to be.
