same thing happened to my exhaust. I just purchased the gibson system from Jason burtman last week.

bought my 2004 4runner sport about 2yrs ago with 43000 miles for $14,000. Belt and water pump etc was done before i bought it. Now im sitting at around 75000 miles, runs amazing.

i was actually thinking of doing the Vermont Overland rally as well. There's a guy on youtube from MA named Kevin with a 4runner who does alot of offroading with a group.

Ive had a lot of work done at BDR automotive in Holliston, they do great work and easy to work with. They do a lot of off-roading stuff there.
