Thanks for the replies guys. So as it turns out, I opened the moonroof 1/2 way, and pulled back the black weatherstripping on the side, which revealed a loose hex screw. It appears that there is about 1/2 of travel for adjustment here, but the screw was loose, so the entire moonroof would rattle...

Thanks for the response. I will take a look at this in the AM. I believe that this would be out of warranty, so I would like to give it a shot. I will let you know if I find anything.
