More Lifted/tire mpg questions

Ok guys, sorry if I am beating a dead horse, but I have a 2010 4Runner SR5 and am about to add Bilstein 5100's to the front @ 2.5" and a 1.5" Daystar rear spacer kit. I will be running the stock tires for a while but eventually plan to replace them with either a 275/70/17 or 285/70/17. I understand that the tire choice will make a big difference, but I am just wondering if anyone has similar set ups, and what kind of real life MPG you are getting? I currently get 18.5 average, mostly freeway driving in the bay area. Any input regarding my planned set up is also welcome. Thanks Guys.

After lift and tires expect to lose 2+ mpg.
