Hey. So I finally ordered the fj springs and 5100s. I’d like to get your guys options on the front settings. I’d like some lift but don’t want to end up with the nose high. I heard the v8 you set higher. Opinions on this. Also I’m not using any spacers. Thanks

Please excuse my ignorance, but wasn’t that what was already replaced when the airbags blew out a few years back? The receipt says strut master rear coil conversion kit. No longer has air suspension.

I’m not sure what the front suspension is. I’m assuming it’s the original. I see the bilstein 5100s always getting thrown around. Just looking for some opinions and what it’ will potentially cost. Mostly use is it for the beach. Occasionally the snow. Driving the kids around sometimes.

I dont know which system is the best, but I dont get the argument that you can put it into 2wd making it better system. If you had another option to run it in 1wd would it make it even better ????

I am also new and im buying a 2003 limited v8 with every available option for that year with 71k miles. The dealer is replacing the headlights(condensation in them) a rip in the leather, and doing the timing belt and water pump($1100 job for free). Im paying 13k. I think you should keep looking...
