It doesn't have a locker in it. I wonder if I could have one put in. What trany is in this truck? 4 or 5 speed. Sure seems like a 5 speed to me, but the book says its a 4. Should the trany down shift when I put my foot on the brake? I've seen talk about it but dont rember.

We got the extended warranty so all is good. After I jack it up and check it out I'll have to call the stealer. Thats not what I want to do but at least I wont have to pay for it. Coop

So going down the road with my foot on the gas it shounds no different. But when I take my foot off the gas and coast there is a wine coming from the rear end. This happens at any speed just as long as your not on the gas. Maybe I'll jack it up this weekend and test it out with someone under...

Does anyone have the alpine 9856? What does everyone think of this unit. Is there a better unit out there to control my ipod? Coop

Put your vice grips on it and turn it on. Maybe it will free it up. Park tools are the only tools I use on my bike.

I sold my car with my HU so I need a new one. I've decided that it'd be cool to have a dvd player in my car, altho it is not needed I like the idea. I've got about 200 bucks to spend on everything. I found a screen and brain and all for around that. what do you think of it...

I tried it on a long down hill covered in snow. I was under 15 and had my foot off brake and gas. low range and hit the button, it did nothing. I'll have to try it again. Doesn't the trany down shift when you apply the brake? and is the trany in the sport a 4 or a 5 speed. Thanks Cooper

doesn't the book say that it only works in low range under 15mph. I've yet to get mine to work.

One of the 4x4 mags did a write up on this a few months back. I think just battery location, and wiring harrness are the only things you need to change IIRC. The trany and motor mounts are the same. coop
