No damage to the rims. The Plasti Dip is the only thing that would need love. The center caps are in great condition as well as the lips of the rims. I think there might be one wheel that has a 2-inch scuff on the rim lip behind the Plasti Dip. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Yes, you can do this barehanded. This kit uses a wet sanding approach so you have to use a bit of water while sanding. When you apply the polish paste you do not apply water until you clean it off. The final UV coat also hardens so you get some level of added protection, too.
