This has worked great for me the last few months - a straight shot intake tube modified to fit into the stock airbox. Nice, quiet, unrestrictive and snorkel friendly.

For what it's worth - it was the antenna motor moving around. It was missing a clip which allowed movement and clicking noises. Just had my antenna replaced, new clip, no more noise.

Folks, E-85 (ethanol) is not the same as METHANOL. For the OP, the answer is no. Dragsters run on methanol. 5VZ's do not.
