solved same issue Sorry for the late response. Did zero point calibration and solved issue of skid light beeping and engaging brakes when I wasn't skidding. Did Andy Mod 2.0 and now leave traction control off full time so I never have to worry about it

I just joined today as well with the same issue in the same car (but sr5) Check out my thread: Traction Control/VSC problem To sum it up, this is an issue with the traction control and VSC (vehicle stability control). It seems like the temporary fix and the safe bet is to do the Andy Mod 2.0...

bearings Something I forgot to mention is that my front bearings need replacing, and within the next 2k miles my rotors and brake pads. This could be contributing to my TC getting triggered. Until I find the time, the Andy Mod seems like the way to go for now

Been researching the Andy Mod 2.0 and I'm thinking for now I can just cut the red wire with black strip and leave it without a switch (won't be able to turn TC on, but seems safer without it)? Later on I could tap into it and add switch once it ships... or just rig it up to a generic light...

I just bought a 2001 4runner which drives great until I took it up paved canyon roads with twisty turns. When transitioning from turn to turn, (right-left, left-right) my traction control starts beeping although I have full traction, then it locks up my front brakes (more heavily on the right)...
