yeah i'm not too worried about penetrating oil cuz i just raised it about an inch and a half a month or so ago...hate the way it rides now so i'm gonna lower it back down and throw a decent lift in

i've got an 86 ifs runner, and i know which bolts need to be turned but is there any special technique to it? does one have to lower them both down at the same rate to avoid screwing up my frame, or is it just as easy as turning a couple bolts? thanks, mike

Love the look with the top off, and wanted to take a step further by removing the doors. Will having power everything with my SR5 model complicate this, or is everything pretty quick-disconnect?

on my 86, i just wedged in sideways in between the drivers seat and the center console; it fit perfectly

i've heard from two other sources that this recall is from 86-95 ipckups and 4runners....any confirmation on whether or not my 86 is within the parameters of the recall?

neither my 89 or my 86 has it, but i know what you're talking about since it's on my buddy's 88

is it true about one of the bolts pushing a switch that decides whether or not the rear window will operate? i've had this problem with every 1st gen runner i've owned - put the top back on and the window all of a sudden doesn't work. which bolt is it? i'm pretty sure i've got em all in there...
