I was finally able to install a set of 2" ome coils and nitrochargers on the 5speed!

3 so far and I still have 2 of them. First one was a 1990 sr5 auto (got totalled by some lady not paying attention), second one is 1994 sr5 auto (blew tranny from being overfilled at a shop), and my current daily is a 1993 sr5 5speed

Good idea. Ya you'll have to refill the fluid when you replace the solenoids cause you have to open the oil pan and if you're already there you might as well replace the filter so you're not putting fresh oil through a dirty filter. Preventative maintenance really

If the tranny was in good shape before the motor went then a replacement tranny wouldnt hurt if the miles are lower and wasnt ran like a race car. The solenoids are gonna be the easiest option though cause you just pull the oil pan and filter and replace the solenoids in the same compartment...

I've heard of people swapping on fj mirrors. Not sure on the model but you can upgrade the LEDs on them and have some badass integrated trail lights

It doesn't have very high miles for the age. It's at about 188k if I remember right. Just whoever filled it right before I bought it overfilled it and it heated up bad after driving it for about an hour going 70 mph
