    Thank you kindly for your reply. I went ahead and contacted Front Runner about it, but they have said that it is unfortunately not one of their racks. They suggested that it might be a "Rhino-Rack" (seeing as how the bars run front to back). So I am now sending an email to Rhino-Rack to ask...
