Help identifying a roof rack

Greetings 4runner folks. I'm looking for some assistance in identifying the type of roof rack in the attached photos. Can anyone help me figure out what kind of roof rack this is? (2 photos attached).

I really like this guy's build, and I'd like to have this exact type of roof rack on my 4th gen. I currently have a full-length roof rack, but I'd like to switch to a half-length, just like this one. I just love the look of it. But I can't figure out what kind it is.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, it seems to be mounted on cross bars that are bolted on (i.e. not mounted on the factory rails)?

If there's anyone out here who can help me figure out what kind of roof rack this is, or how to replicate this rack build, I would surely appreciate it. Even be willing to venmo some beer money for the assistance. Cheers and thank you!

Just a guess but it looks like a frontrunner slimline mounted to some aftermarket crossbars with the slimline crossbars running front to back..

Thank you kindly for your reply. I went ahead and contacted Front Runner about it, but they have said that it is unfortunately not one of their racks. They suggested that it might be a "Rhino-Rack" (seeing as how the bars run front to back). So I am now sending an email to Rhino-Rack to ask them.

However, looking at the Rhino-Rack website, I can't find any racks that look quite like this one (the sides don't quite look the same, and they all seem to be quite a bit larger). One of the things that I really like about the look of the rack in question is that it's not too wide (i.e. doesn't extend the full width of the roof), and looks almost square in dimensions. Hard to say for certain, but looks to be only 38 inches wide or so. And perhaps slightly longer, but if so not much, than it is wide.

So my search continues. Anyway thank you again for your reply, I appreciate it.

Someone asked him in that thread what kind of roof rack it is, and he said "Unfortunately the rack is unknown to me, there's not a marking of sort to identify it. It was given to me by my brother."

Now I am bummed. The roof rack I wanted most and it doesn't exist
