I got a quote to paint the front bumper, hood, front of the fenders (rock chips everywhere), and to paint the black mirrors silver. It was only $530 for everything. Considering it was $440 to buy new mirrors at Partznet.

I have looked for similiar speakers, but I have only found one set of 6x9 compnents. The MB Quart RCE-269 set. I think that is the only set out there right now. I haven't actually tried these speakers, but it looks like they should fit.

I completly agree. It also takes a while to figure out when it is going to kick in. I drive on a couple gravel roads, and it is horrible to determine when it might cut my power.
