truck shakes while at a stop in gear (auto tranny)

Hi, I have a 4 cylinder 96 4Runner with automatic tranny. When at a stop and in Drive, 1st or 2nd gear the truck shakes. When I put the truck into neutral or park the shaking, vibrating stops. Any ideas what the problem could be? Bye the way, the car does not shake or vibrate when moving...
