I did one years ago. It is not hard to do if you have some fabrication skills. I used stock yota rears up front and swapped to Chevy rears. Trail gears cross over steering, shock hoops and rear mounts. Everything else I made myself. We came in under 1k easily. But we collected parts for a while...

I have used Ford Taurus electric fans in the past. Great fans, it kept my 4.0 Cherokee cool and that is an accomplishment.

Yes air flow changes to the indicated outlets when changed. The temp lever does move the valve too.

Sending unit is probably the culprit or a bd wire. I would check the wiring and ground the on to the sending unit.y gauge was very erratic I pulled it and cleaned the contacts on the unit inside the tank. Reinstalled and it has been working fine. Sorry didn't take any pics. But I have done it...

You can feel the injector and tell if it is getting a pulse and clicking. If you feel a pulse and have good compression it probably is a piece of crap in the injector.
