My 4Runner starts up on cold mornings in low range. It will only go about 35MPH in high gear at 3500 RPMs. After the transmission warms up it will shift fine. Has anyone had this problem?
I have a problem when the transmission is cold. It is a 4X4 with an automatic transmission. Even if you let the motor warm up the transmission appears to be stuck in low range until the transmission warms up. The transmission shifts fine, only by the time its in high gear I'm pushing 3000 RPMs...
