Saw that forum already. The TSB for that download file states support for non-4Runner vehicles. Doesn't really help me with my 2014 4Runner Premium Edition head unit, correct?

I second the need for a a copy of the 3.2 usb firmware loaded to a cloud share. I could use it for my 2014 TPE Head Unit. Working with the dealer has been a fruitless effort for me so far.

LOL! Sad but true. Good points made in your reply. I guess I'm hoping Toyota can make something work with the Entune head unit since it's brand spanking new in my 2014 and I'd rather not have to already look to 3rd party options (ie Airplay/Mirrorlink compatible units).
