Hello, I'm about to take a cross country trip in my 95 runner. What should I have done to my truck before I leave? I'm also having some tranny trouble, but can't afford to replace or rebulid it. Any suggestions on some kind of temporary tranny fix? Thanks.

As far as maintnance I have had 1 radiator drained and refilled 2 oil change 3 new ball joints, pitman arm, and idler arm has 112,000 miles on it, bought it used.

It is a automatic, I'm currently in progress of replacing the carpet with Herculiner.

My runner is a 95 V6 4WD.
