Airc Con in 95 Runner having problems

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone may be able to give me some tips and info on a AIRCON problem I have? When I run the Air in my 95 Toyota 4Runner the cool air will run for about 10 minutes (never getting very cold) or so then start running hot air. Also, the compressor cycles on and off and causes the engine to perform bad. Any thoughts, thank you.

I too need help. I was on the highway doing 80 with my AC on till it started blowing hot air. I looked at the AC button on my 1995 Runner and even though it was pushed it in, it was not lit.... So do you guys think its electrical? Also were can I find the fuse for the AC? I just recently had the AC charged like a week ago... Thanks!
