my bad I don't want to use the power unit anymore while replacing the OEM with the short rubber on. Its just a matter of not using the power wire anymore but keeping the motor in its place in case I was to change my mind back to the OEM later down the road.

I'm actually now thinking of going with one of those short black rubbery ones. I'm wondering though if it will work a power attenna unit. Any ideas?

OH thanks for your reply. so can I replace just the attenna w/o buying the whole attenna pwr line and motor or could I just replace the mast?

wow great thanks guys I'm really not sure what the prob is. Not sure if I understand what the "servo" is, I took the door panel off, took out the elec. adapter to control but didn't see any corosion of such. Anyone know if the pwr door lock and unlock relays with seperate wires? I haven't taken...

I'm most def going with new and after market bushings first to see the returned results B4 I spend more money. I've read on here that with the after market sways that your ride will most def lose traction in cornering....not my style so I'm gonna go in steps. I idea of spending paper to LOSE...
