Living in the rust belt I'm trying to decide if I should expand my search South/West. To add on to that are there any airports or specific dealers I should be narrowing my search down to? Any other thoughts or advice?

oh and on that one above the dealer called it "surface rust" and said they'd be more than happy to remove it and undercoat it if i wanted it.

it's a northeast vehicle so unless its been garaged, there will be rust. how much will be the main question. definitely going to need to try and get a PPI done as well.

found a one owner, 2005 V6 4Runner that i am interested in pursuing. from the CL ad's photos, it seems to come from someone with a very nice home with a well-manicured yard (usually good signs when dealing with used vehicles). as someone who can't turn a wrench, what should i be concerned...

Thanks! If you run the VIN it seems to indicate the CV boots were replaced within the last few k miles. Seems super well taken care of. I'm awaiting a photo of the frame.
