The rockers are only there because this is the third winter this truck has seen. This year was its first getting Krown rust treatment. I've got the OEM mud flaps but the factory tire size still sticks out quite a bit. I'm just shocked it's this bad after only a couple thousand miles in the snow...

I'm washing off the truck today and noticed an alarming amount of paint chips down the entire side of the vehicle. It's bone stock with the factory tire size. This can't be normal, can it?

That's with the tire turned closest to where it rubs. It only rubs in reverse. Tire size is 265/70R16.

Same here. Haven't seen a new 4Runner on the lot in a while. Used prices are insane. Local dealer has a 2015 limited with 35K and just raised the price on it from $35k to $39k.

I'm on belt #2. Replaced 11 years ago and has 70k on it but still looks great. You can even make out the part number on it. Probably going to keep it going for a while and just inspect it every so often.

I guess it pays to have a good driving record. I pay under $60 a month for full coverage on my 2018 wrangler and right around $160 per year for liability only on my 02 4Runner. I just added comprehensive for a whopping $64/year extra.

I picked up a new Denso Japanese radiator the other day and didn't think it would come with a cap so I ordered one. Apparently, people forgot how to read at some point and Toyota revised the label.

Had a slight delay thanks to a mandatory quarantine but I finally picked it up today and couldn't be happier. Upon further inspection, it definitely needs the valve cover gaskets done but after that and a few other preventative maintenance repairs, I'll be good to go.
