Ahh, so that's it then -- the new brackets must come with the rubber. It sure looks glued on to me though. With the bracket off there is a lot of hard residue on and around where the rubber from the rail should contact the glass. Maybe I am not remembering correctly -- I'll have to go back...

OK, thanks for that. It is part B. The parts I have look OK, but one of them has become detached from the window. I don't know how to properly reattach or if I need a new one. Maybe the new part comes with the rubber stuff and directions on how to glue on?
