Thanks. I have tried that, but it just won't go through - when it's folded it's too thick. I am hesitant to use a tool for fear that I may rip the seatbelt. I'll keep working on it.

Anybody ever have their seatbelt twisted? I bought my '95 4Runner used and the belt is twisted between the door housing and the shoulder bracket. Makes it a pain to get on and off. I have tried to pull the twist through but there just doesn't seem to be enough space in the gap to get it...
