I also replaced mine last week. Remove your dash and take out your HVAC controller. Take it to the dealer, and show him what areas aren't lit up. He can order the correct light bulbs. There are 4 total, sounds like you have a couple burned out. They were $6.50 each for me.

First, it depends on the head unit that is used. Some will bring the antenna down if not on radio, some are just a constant on while head unit is on. And second I am thinking I didn't connect my antenna turn on lead to the head unit, so the antenna isn't getting a signal to go up when head unit...

I took apart the air controller. There are tiny LEDs that are attached to the circuit board by a simple twist off. I took the board to the dealer and he ordered me two new LEDs. $6.80 each. Hope they work!
